Fenix Opens Its Doors with New Clothing and Labels

On May 16, the new art museum Fenix opened its doors in Rotterdam. A special day marked by an official opening by Queen Máxima. Fenix is more than just a museum. It’s a place where stories come together. Stories about migration, about departure and arrival, about hope and change. Fenix is located on the docks of Rotterdam, where millions of people once began or ended their journey.

Clothing That Tells a Story

In collaboration with Studio Markx, Fenix developed a new clothing line for its hosts. A collection that symbolizes hospitality, connection and diversity. Timeless, unisex and with room for personal expression. A beautiful example is the kimono-inspired jacket, which can be worn in three different ways, allowing flexibility and individuality for the wearer.

All garments are produced in Europe, with attention to sustainability and craftsmanship. This aligns perfectly with the values of EE Label Factory. The woven brand labels give the clothing a signature and form a subtle but meaningful part of this special project. Logo labels contribute to the overall look, strengthen the story behind the clothing and, thanks to sustainable production in the Netherlands, emphasize the eco-conscious nature of the collection.
